All 95 Tennessee counties are served by an American Job Center with qualified personnel and open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our Job Centers are organized by areas called LWDAs (Local Workforce Development Areas).

Tennessee has a network of centers throughout the state, concurrently servicing both companies and job candidates alike. Companies discover perfect employees while candidates get crucial profession details and services.
Each American Job Center offers digital labor market information, complimentary Internet access, workshops, job placement, recruitment, training, and assistance with Jobs4TN.gov to find skill or search jobs. Come by your local center to start today!

Local Workforce Development Areas (LWDAs)
LWDAs are location clusters of counties whose labor market and other employment-related factors are comparable. This implies each location offers workforce advancement and profession services based on local requirements. LWDAs are affiliate, or partners who help run and administer programs and services as directed from the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) at all of the local task centers throughout the state.
